- Manage a defined list of agent prospects with primary focus of signing up the agent with an iProperty subscription- Achieve agent numbers and revenue targets- To manage a defined list of Agent prospects (based on a predetermined territory), with the primary focus being signing up new Agents from that list to be an iProperty’ subscriber, via face-to-face appointments. - To provide value added service to Agents on system usage and product knowledge.Develop a prospect list in conjunction with the CRM system- Generate sales opportunities with absolute focus on signing up prospects to become iProperty subscribers- Strive to increase the conversion rate of calls to sales, calls to appointments nad appointments to sales- Engage in regular and frequent communication with each prospect- Timely and accurate reporting of sales performance- Ensure smooth transition of sales to the Account Management team

- To encourage existing customers to utilize their package- To sell new packages to existing database- To exceed sales targets & call KPI's set- Share Features & Benefits to The PropertyGuru (Singapore only Property tabloid)- Train customers on how to upload listings- Respond to customer’s enquiries / calls/ email in a timely manner- Manage customer complaints patiently & skillfully
