I joined Stephens in July 2002. I currently focus on transaction advisory work across the dealership sector including auto, truck, recreational vehicle, boat, agriculture and equipment dealerships, vehicle auctions and other related product and technology vendors. I have executed on a variety of transactions for private owners, public boards and management teams including buy side and sell side advisory, strategic alternatives, valuation events and equity and debt capital offerings.I serve on the board of Vanguard Truck Centers, a Class 8 truck dealership group owned by Stephens Capital Partners. During my career, I have executed over 60 transactions representing over 335 dealerships with a combined value greater than $20 billion. I earned a BS in business administration and accounting from Washington and Lee University.
