I was responsible for the safe and productive execution of all work scope through our core team and offsite labour for a variety of specialised mechanical work scopes. Managing a range of offsite integrated services which consist of inspection, heat treating, maintenance, repair, and asset integrity management solutions required in maintaining and installing high-temperature and high-pressure piping systems and vessels. I worked closely with a professional team of experienced engineers, technicians, and client support personnel to ensure each service line which attends site is armed with the best training, equipment, and technical support within the industry.In addition to supporting the client I ensure that the company values were upheld and the teams which came to site were committed to conducting business in a manner that protects the environment and the health and safety of all employees and the public, Safety First Quality Always.

Working on-site for the maintenance subcontractor, my main duties include working with the client schedulers who produce the IST (work plan for the week) and ensuring that all labor is utilized. In addition I also help with the engineering and costing of some work packs, which are handed to us by the client. Some of the requirements are generating MTOs, ensuring the drawing provided contains all the information required for fabrication, and the pricing of the drawings is complete and submitted to the client. In addition answering any TQs which may arise during the fabrication or installation. In addition I contribute towards our high standard of safety performance by running tool box talks for the office staff and attend site regularly to complete a field touch to ensure everyone is working safely.

This included recruitment to meet labour profiles, estimating impacts cost and budget across the site and ensuring all project milestones were met on and on budget.

Working under the engineering manager within the projects team on site, I was required to lead a selection of projects and maintenance activates, the predominance of which was surface facilities support of the sites drilling rig program. I was required to work closely and mange construction, commissioning, and operational personnel on site to successfully deliver the agreed project plan.I was also tasked with liaising with contractors to award sole sourced or tendered contracts for the project works I was involved in. An essential part of this role was managing project budgets, labour resources requirements and time sensitive deadlines.In addition to working closely with the drilling rig program and running the surface facilities, I was tasked with running bespoke projects within Perenco. These projects would start with an idea, which I would process through the relevant engineering disciplines allowing me to produce a solution such as new working equipmentto overcome the original problem.Prior to me joining Perenco most of the AutoCAD work was subcontracted out to supporting companies. My past experience allowed me to bring the AutoCAD support inhouse which increased project efficiency, drawing accuracy and reduce costs on capital projects.

Being one of the major subcontractors for Fawley Oil Refinery we are required 24 hours a day to attend site to overcome any issues that arise.Selected Contributions: I was required to Engineer Pipework and pipeline solutions using pipe specifications supplied by the ClientI had to use my experience to attend site and discuss pipe routing and specifications with clientsIn addition I was required to project manage major projects within in the company. This entailed working with both the commercial and manufacturing sectors within Puma and the client to ensure that the best solution was achieved.Managing the work force to ensure that project targets were hit and that each budget set was not missed.Designing walkways and platform not only for mechanical access but for many unique situations.
