Accountable for strategic planning and trade excellence across CHC Australia and within the e-Commerce market in China. This includes category and revenue management, market insights, customer marketing, education and capability and commercial excellence in trade.

Responsible for the operations, marketing and management of the franchise system for Brumby's Bakery across Australia and NZ. Leading a head office team at Retail Food Group (RFG), the primary focus was to drive additional revenue within the Brumby's network via innovative marketing, new product development and store design to attract new consumers and build brand equity.

Management of third party commercial relationships for Schweppes including all franchise partners, licensing and distribution arrangements and co pack partnerships. Joint business plan development in accordance with proprietary portfolio, revenue strategy and customer execution plans. Additional functional responsibility for Revenue Management, Sponsorship, Export and Asahi Group inter-company strategic planning.

Working within the Commercial (Sales) Leadership Team and responsible for ownership of the strategic business and commercial planning process. Key areas of responsibility include Marketing Activation and Sponsorship, Revenue Management and Demand Planning.

Responsibility for the daily operations of the pavilion including management and daily briefing of pavilion staff, client (DFAT) management and reporting, coordination of key events and delegates, adherence to internal (pavilion) and external (Expo) policy and procedure.

Responsibility for the strategic development and customer relationship with Woolworths, delivery of budget, internal stakeholder engagement and Account Manager team development.
