-Worked with a super regional bank. Under the BTO team, I work with developing business process maps for a change lifecycle that served to address the lack of transparency and guidance for the remediation of obsolete technology, and another for a demand management assessment from Ideation to Disposition to consolidate and guide a new stakeholders. Developed and maintained a backlog of User Stories with ServiceNow and Clarity for a developer to create a new Demand management assessment. Assumed a core role in preparing and driving one of the most significant forums for the team meeting series. Co-politer work related to several remediation plans owned by the ET BTO. Designed and implemented a new prioritization model to evaluate incoming demand. - conducted research and provided detailed information that helped secure a $1.4 Million project on NaaS and multi-Cloud Strategy and Product Management with a global CSP.- Worked on a year long project with Verizon. My main role was to research the technological advancement around Ethernet in the use amongst different industries. -Assisted in securing a 12 million contract with Verizon revolving around NaaS. My main job was to research and provide data in support of real-world application of NaaS, that Verizon can get utilize for getting ahead of the market. -Currently working a project with a super-regional bank. Utilizing BPMN solutioning for process mapping there “Technical debt” business unit. Created Visio and PPT docs to bring visual awareness to stakeholders. Spear-head dialogues between stakeholders to fine tune/close gaps within the process. Worked along side the BTO (Business Transformation Office) to help develop a lifecycle process for ET (Enterprise Technology) demand. Utilizing ServiceNow and Clarity to develop User Stories.
