I have first-rate data analysis skills coupled with an in-depth knowledge of various computer programmes and software, as well as experience in using various process and analytical equipment developed through in-depth training courses carried out during work placements and master’s research project. Equipped with an efficient, analytical approach to work always striving for perfection with a strong drive to see things through to completion. I have a focused mentality with good organisational skills which allow me to work well independently producing high quality work. Vast experience in research style environments including laboratory work from engineering labs to chemistry style labs developed through my undergraduate degree and further enhanced through placement opportunities untaken. Opportunities which have equipped me, not only with experience of working in world class development laboratories but facilitated me to work within an industrial process plant environment where I became familiar with many technical systems further providing me with experience operating a wide variety of laboratory and process equipment. Granting the experience of working within an industrial team, working from development stages right through to production scale up. I have a strong ambition to strive to make the world a more advanced, healthier, and safer place, improving people’s quality of life through the innovation of science and engineering, something I feel is key as we work towards increased sustainability, reducing emissions and the drive towards net zero.
