Responsible for education, origination, and analysis of Commercial PACE Loans. Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) loans provide long-term, fixed rate funds, up to 100% of cost, for projects that promote clean energy/renewable energy improvements. Many developers and property owners find that they qualify for a significant amount of PACE proceeds without the intention of “green.” In the case of many projects, a large portion of the work will qualify for PACE by virtue of updating the existing improvements (HVAC, lighting, insulation, etc) to newer, more efficient, versions. • At nearly half the cost, PACE is a great alternative to Mezz Debt and Equity in a capital stack.• PACE covers 100% of the hard and soft costs of an energy project so property owners don’t have to put any money down.• PACE can be used for both existing buildings and new developments. Allowing developers and owners to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, renewable energy projects, and more.• PACE can be used for both new construction and existing buildings. • PACE loans are repaid as tax assessments and can be passed on to tenants under most lease forms.• PACE allows finance terms up to 25 years.• Upon a property sale, the PACE assessment seamlessly transfers to the new owner as part of the taxes, as well as the savings from the energy project.

Responsible for Commercial Real Estate loan origination underwriting and loan portfolio monitoring assisting associate relationship managers and portfolio managers in two areas:- Origination: The preparation of transactions for approval, completion of various analyses pertaining to credit quality and standardized reporting procedures- Monitoring: Annual Reviews, Quarterly Trend Reports, covenant compliance tracking, collection of financial statements, problem loan reporting, and ongoing assessment of risk factors which might affect a project’s and/or customer’s risk rating.
