Responsible for assessing, developing, maintaining, and balancing operational capabilities to ensure that the Office of the Secretary of State and its mission partners are prepared to achieve strategic objectives under all conditions and timelines. Planning Training & Exercise Branch Chief at the Ohio EMA, responsible for statewide all-hazards emergency preparedness, including ongoing enhancement of Ohio's Emergency Operations Plan, identification and analysis of threats and hazards, coordination of local and state plans, training of emergency management professionals and development of exercises to validate core capabilities.

Office of Health PreparednessLiaison and project coordinator to plan, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate statewide preparedness programs and projects. Specifically, coordinate the development and delivery of trainings and exercises to enhance public health and medical emergency and disaster response.

Responsible for creating and implementing services related to Environmental Health & Safety and Crisis Management. Develop and delivery of training and exercise services. Perform on-site safety assessments at industrial and higher education environments. Provide recommendations for Clery Act Compliance.

Provide a safe and secure environment for children in care. Assess levels of risk associated with families and complete safety assessments. Assist with investigations and complete home studies for safety of child placement. Member of the Safety Committee and the Environmental Sustainability Committee.

Maintain security in housing units and provide direct supervision of youths in custody.

Support a safe community for the residents and visitors of West Bloomfield. Conduct interviews and investigations to develop pol ie reports. Process and care for persons in custody. Assist with dispatching of police and fire units. Perform traffic control measures. Transport criminal evidence to and from state police crime lab.

Organized marketing communications, organized and recruited youth and adult members for youth-clubs in Metro Detroit.
