As the Head of Communications for Stealth Gymnasium at Macclesfield Football Club, I initiated forging productive public relationships with external partners such as ‘Jordan Fitness’ and ‘Matrix’. I also formulated the gymnasium's communications strategy, which involved creating engaging social media campaigns, copywriting and planning ‘pop-up’ events with local charity and non-profit bodies. At Liverpool Hope University I was the Sports Complex Supervisor, where I managed customer queries; successfully formulating the facilities’ Covid-19 policy.As a 2020 BA History and Politics graduate, I have acquired hands-on experience working collaboratively with fellow students, delivering high-quality presentations and excelling in assessed written work. Most recently I have had written work published in the International Journal of Ageing and Later Life - an opportunity which allowed me to showcase my persuasive ability to write in conjunction with other academics. Alongside my academic endeavours, I also served as President of the Politics Society, where I managed the society communications across multiple channels. Through these experiences, I have developed a talent for delivering creative and innovative content within a busy communications environment, with an understanding of accessibility needs across both online and offline communication channels. As an individual living with Cystic Fibrosis, I am a staunch advocate in promoting equality of opportunity and inclusivity in and out of the workplace. From personal experience, I have faced adversity with determination and perseverance. This has been recognised through my ‘Breathing Life Award’ and gold ‘Blue Peter Badge’. I am now looking for a new and challenging position. I am a confident communicator, with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. I am proactive in my work approach and highly organized. Resourceful and efficient, I excel within fast-paced environments, effectively managing multiple priorities in challenging conditions.
