My Amazon experience began in April of 2021 where I was recruited as an AM manager. I have since been solely managing a large team of 50+ maintaining customer promise, prioritising safety and simultaneously smashing key metrics. I am currently working at maximum effort to put DXG1 on the map in terms of the WW Scorecard and ensure that I can become a successful, respected leader within my field.

On graduating university in 2020, I decided to better my management capability by joining the Enterprise management graduate scheme. My career within Enterprise became a stepping stone for success, allowing me to gain better insight into corporate management and operations. This was primarily through the quality management of customer service, promotion of brand loyalty, and ways to exploit profit maximization. Proactively engaging with corporate accounts to further generate new business leads and optimize brand marketing on a national level. Generation of project-based business improvement analysis through aspects of cost-saving, risk analysis, and fleet utilization. Working within the management team to co-operate and consult planning initiatives. Driven by hitting personal sales targets, increasing business revenue, and overall developing my personal skills.

I began my journey in McDonald's in 2015 as a 17 year old school boy who wanted initial work experience and some extra pocket money. Gaining 3x back-to-back promotions within my first year in the company, I earned the managers shirt in the latter stages of 2016. Working part-time whilst in my studies I was able to develop my skill set, gaining valuable customer service experience and most importantly improving my people management skills throughout the years. Providing an excellent level of quality, service, and cleanliness to my customers in order to maintain company standards and ensure customer satisfaction was met consistently. Reliance with cash handling as well as monitoring and analyzing sales revenue against labor control and waste. Engaging with customers and looking for critical feedback on ways to improve. Driven by managing and coaching 50+ employees and junior management to improve their skill set and ability in order to deliver greater productivity and a positive working atmosphere for all stakeholders.
