My early career was in primarily sales and customer service type roles. I found myself in a small mom and pop mortgage shop which began an interest and talent for mortgages which led to my employment at MIC. My work at MIC further honed my sales skillset and later on would introduce me to human resources and recruitment. When the bank finally closed its doors, I attempted to translate the skills I had acquired into other opportunities in Life and Health Insurance Sales with varying degrees of success. I eventually found my way to recruiting and have never looked back. Within recruiting, I am able to use all of the skills that I have developed thru the years to help others to find a place of employment where they are appreciated for their talents and able to provide for both themselves and their families. Helping others has always been a driving force in my career, and my passion. As my recruiting career has grown and developed, I've worked in a multitude of verticals across nearly every type of recruitment organization and style. I hope to continue learning and growing in this trade in future opportunities.
