His focus is on the origination of preferred equity opportunities for value-add, recapitalizations, lease-up and rate-cap purchase transactions. Preferred equity in the $3-30mm range, up to mid 80's ltc/ltv, per property can be subordinate to agencies, HUD, debt funds, and Banks. Properties can be located nationally in primary, secondary and tertiary markets.
