Duties and ResponsibilitiesPeople:Promote and facilitate inter-office collaboration and cooperationPromote and facilitate recruiting and retention of corporate staffEnsure that all staff have career plans in place and receive appropriate trainingAssist Management in mentoring divisional leadersPromote a Health and Safety culture Clients:Work closely with the BU Leaders to ensure smooth functioning of the company systems and their delivery of information and support Manage the services team meetings and facilitate team developmentInnovation and Technical ExcellenceLead the continuous improvement of corporate servicesDrive efficiency in the delivery of services, in particular focus on how effective delivery can help the consultants focus their time and energy in the pursuit of clients and project work/business systemsEnsure the implementation of all corporate systems including:Health and SafetyRisk management and GAIMSQuality managementWith the assistance of other corporate leaders assist to ensure efficient system maintenance for:Human DevelopmentMarketingFinanceDevelop the annual budget for Corporate Services and assist each Corporate Service leader with appropriate development of related Business plansEnsure cost management controls are in place for all corporate servicesDevelop office management protocols for regional and project offices in association with the Financial Manager and the Regional Offices Leader
