The skills and abilities I possess result in high quality work and support the progress of others.I have over 6 years’ experience in quality assurance in the food industry, the majority of which has been with Bakkavor. I therefore have good technical knowledge, understanding of the business and the food manufacturing industry more widely and share the company values. I have a high level of technical skills and knowledge. I have been actively engaged in improving the quality management system using my knowledge and understanding customers codes of practice and worked closely with senior members on site in improving the technical KPI’s.I have also played a prominent role with customer audits and visits, building rapport, presenting systems and being involved in the factory tourI am keen to continue to contribute to and develop within the food industry because it is one of the biggest and most crucial and is constantly changing and progressing to meet the needs of all peoples in an ever-evolving multi-cultural society.
