2016 FellowClore Social Leadership Jan 2016 - Mar 2018I was awarded this Fellowship, funded by Friends Provident Foundation, to focus on a theme of social change and economic resilience. I carried out a wide range of R&D into the ways we're increasingly hindered from experiencing small but meaningful encounters with each other as well as the impact this has on our wellbeing whilst perpetuating our unsustainable mindset of 'having'. In response I developed a service/systems design approach, Deepr, that puts relationships at the centre of design solutions to rehumanise our services. Based on the simple principle of bringing user equality, autonomy and attention to design solutions, Deepr design results in wellbeing benefits for users, mindset shift for society and crucially, substantial commercial benefits for clients.This is outlined in the paper below. -
