Operations Manager at R-Own Express. Before continuing my education at Indiana University, I diligently served four years in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Crew Chief. The military taught me many things, not only about myself but more importantly about whom I want to become. That transformation resulted in a man who learned to do everything right the first time. It also taught me the value of leading by example and striving to be a person of integrity - which is the first Core Value of the Air Force. I also learned the tremendous power of creating and maintaining a positive attitude not only in the workplace, but in life in general.
