I sat on the 151 Property Executive Leadership team and built a high performance leasing, asset, development and capex management team capable of executing Blackstone’s high paced buy, fix and sell strategy. I acted as the Head of Investment Management on the IPO arm of the successful Milestone portfolio dual track sales process resulting in Australia’s largest real estate sale (Sold to ESR ~$3.8bn / 1.4msqm / 45 assets)

Located in Singapore, this role was actively involved in acquiring and securing over SGD $500m of assets for potential listing on the SGX. I returned to Australia after the assets under control where agreed to be sold as part of a joint venture with Aims to take over 50% of the management company of the McArthur Cook Industrial REIT, subsequently re-labelled as the Aims AMP Capital Industrial REIT
