I was responsible for aiding the Organizational Design team with analytical and change management work. I primarily spent my time supporting an organization-wide initiative called Career Framework. Career Framework provides role clarity, market relevant titles, compensation transparency and clear career progression for the entire organization. I partnered closely with consultants from Aon Hewitt and Hay Group alongside Organizational Design leadership in the development of job descriptions and change management communication materials. I collaborated cross-functionally within Human Resources and across the organization in the design and development of the Career Framework website, which links all of our HR resources in one central location for all associates to use.
