Pemco World Air Services is a maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), as well as a cargo conversion facility. They specialize in a select few airline models and provide top level services to their customers.Responsibilities & Achievements:• Administered all server systems and end-user devices, while working with department heads to obtain the least amount of impact to production.• Worked along with team members to spin-up Tampa MRO facility, three months ahead of schedule.• Re-vamped system infrastructure from the ground up, while staying under budget. Key systems included; Active Directory domain, Exchange mailing system, file share & permissions, disaster recovery infrastructure.• Acted as liaison between information technology department and foreign & domestic customers, ensuring the customers technology expectations were met.• Established relationships with vendors and negotiated contract pricing for IT hardware and service level agreements.

Graceba Total Communications was a local cable, telephone and internet service provider to the Wiregrass area. It was founded in 1912 and served the region for 96 years, before it was purchased by Knology, Inc. in 2008.Responsibilities:• Provided system administrator and network administrator functions; to both the companies corporate infrastructure and the customers local area networks.• Created baseline documentation procedures for future employees and simplified current troubleshooting and implementation processes.• Provided tier III support to employees and customers.• Coordinated with team members, internal departments and outside vendors to resolve customer issues.• Managed community channel in absence of Production Manager while deployed over seas.
