- Led a cost-saving initiative in inventory management that resulted in an 80% reduction in annual spend as well as having negotiated a one-off saving of approx. £66,000- Led implementation of a new palletisation configuration as our site transferred to shipping directly to the Japanese market, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety requirements were met. This required management of a budget of £30,000 for machinery and training; - Planned and implemented a Continuous Improvement Framework on the manufacturing sites shipping/receipt of smaller goods, improving the invoicing process. (£21,000 credit alongside an annual saving of approx. 25%);
