Attack your day—a simple life lesson my father has taught me every day for as long as I can remember. It became so routine that I did not think much about what it truly meant. Attacking your day means putting your best self, work, and attitude forward. This is the type of person I am on and off the job.I am a leader. Being captain of both junior varsity and varsity soccer, I have always been effective at bringing people together and having the entire team perform the best they can. I led my team to the final four in both years of this leadership position.At my current employment at Burton’s Bar and Grill, I acquired a skill for communicating with anybody who walked through the door. I demonstrated honesty when telling customers there was a long wait and discipline when taking phone calls while assisting the customers standing before me.Not only am I a sufficient multi-tasker, but I excel at it. I have received the Academic All-American Award for excellence in my studies and on the pitch. I take pride in my ability to stand out in athletics and academics.
