Mr. Mousavi is Senior Managing Principal and Co-Head of the National Net Lease Group of SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest retail brokerage firm in North America. Mr. Mousavi is also a member of the board of directors of SRS Real Estate Partners. Mr. Mousavi is regarded as one of the most active investment brokers nationally within the industry, and has directly been involved in over $12 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions, including the sale of over 500 individual transactions in more than 40 US states within the past 12 months. Mr. Mousavi leads the growth of the SRS Capital Markets platform nationally and has overseen the hiring of over 65 capital markets agents and over 30 support staff located throughout the country. Mr. Mousavi graduated with a MBA with an emphasis in real estate finance from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from California State University, Long Beach. Mr. Mousavi is the recipient of dozens of industry awards and accolades, including being recognized in five separate years by Real Estate Forum Magazine as one of the “Top 40 Under 50” in the US Commercial Real Estate industry several years running, and by Commercial Property Executive as recipient of as one of their “Top CRE Leaders” multiple times. Mr. Mousavi is a continued, multi-year recipient of the “Power Broker” award by Co-Star for investment sales for both total volume and number of transaction categories, having recently received this award in their latest rankings and consecutively for over thirteen years. Mr. Mousavi is an active speaker, panelist and columnist pertaining to the national investment sales market. He is an active member of ICSC, ULI, the Merage Alumni Association, and sits on the Advisory Board for the Center for Real Estate at the University of California, Irvine.
