• Own the client onboarding experience and assist in the design and implementation of new methods to continuously improve clients' onboarding and support experience.• Provide web-based training sessions and monthly webinars to new and existing clients.• Maintain documentation/surveys on client satisfaction and feature requests.• Build and maintain product documentation, such as guides, FAQs and video tutorials, in client support site.• Assist in providing exemplary technical support to clients as needed by helping clients troubleshoot issues and solve their problems.• Assist in the testing, documentation and announcement of new functionality and services.

• Implement strategy for staff training and development, and establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development • Familiarity with various software and systems (AD, RSA, Citrix, Document Management Systems, etc)• Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales• Assist with shift schedule decisions regarding new hires• Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements• Learn additional skills, and gain knowledge of training methods • Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management and general duty of care• Assist Training Manager with the creation and design of course content, as well as job aids and other materials to ensure the trainees effectively learn the material• Responsible for coaching, development and follow-up with new employees during their introductory period• Communicate and coordinate with the supervisors and other managers within Intelliteach about specific employees, new methods and ideas to facilitate successful future training and employees

I instructed children of linguistically and culturally diverse backgrounds in Kindergarten through 8th grade. I taught in small groups ranging from those struggling with the written aspects of English all the way to children that had been in the country less than a week. I built background, not just in language, but every content-area. Through careful lesson-planning, differentiated instruction, and spontaneous inspiration, I helped children reveal their true potential, in spite of language-limitations.
