Responsible for executing the Firm's strategy of generating investment returns through application of high-touch credit strategies at the asset level

Whole loan manager; analyzing and pricing all pools of residential whole loans evaluated by IDCo. Loans evaluated on a daily, monthly or quarterly basis include performing, non-performing, modified and re-performing first lien mortgages. • Manage client setup, whole loan analysis, and evaluation distribution • Review and approve all evaluations

Responsible for providing daily evaluations of Agency CMO’s including but not limited to CMO derivatives, IO’s, PO’s, P&I, reverse bonds• Evaluating over $10b worth of agency CMO products on a daily basis for institutional clients

Sales and Marketing specialist. Coordinate the home buying and selling process by providing detailed market analysis, documentation preparation and overseeing property closings. • Analyze and value home prices based on a comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey and national residential real estate markets. • Act as an intermediary during negotiations between sellers and buyers

Functioning as residential whole loan analyst, trader and asset manager. Work in partnership with current WL trader reviewing and approving property valuations and pricing incoming whole loan pools. Monitoring servicer policies and procedures to ensure the highest returns on all residential whole loans. • Analyzed and priced incoming packages of distressed assets on a loan level basis.• Review and approve trade level due diligence results, credit/compliance reviews. • Review and approve all broker price opinions, determining final values for WL purchases.• Working closely with the servicer analyzing and approving all loan modification, marketing plans, short and REO sales.• Improving asset returns by identifying, reporting on and resolving defaulted loans whose liquidation timelines have been extended

Functioned as distressed trader with one staff member. Managed portfolio of distressed assets via bulk whole loan sales, short sales, foreclosure sales and REO sales. Worked closely with the servicer to determine specific criteria for approving all liquidation outcomes focusing on negotiating every deal, reducing broker commissions and senior lien payoffs to guarantee the highest possible proceeds. Also worked with our servicer to create new and innovative calling campaigns, payment forgiveness options, and loan modifications to maintain current loan performance and cash flow.
