I am responsible for the planning, design and delivery of recruitment campaigns. I provide expert advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the Senedd Commission. In my role I have been successful in appointing talent to hard to fill roles by using many different methods and adapting my methods where necessary.I have helped to develop the Senedd’s employer brand through the re-design of our recruitment information packs.I have nearly 7 years’ experience recruiting to a variety of different roles such as ICT, Senedd Business, Security, Estates, Human Resources. This has allowed me to change my approach and style to meet the needs of different customers.

• managing the weekly payroll for some 60 employees• preparing job adverts and uploading them online• selection of suitable candidates and arrangements for interview• conducting interviews and recommending appointments• ensuring new employees are compliant with company and statutory requirements.
