About Matthew Neale

After graduating from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Sociology I decided that I would be best suited for a career where I would be able to directly assist and interact with clients on a daily basis. This led me to pursue job opportunities in the insurance world, specifically Human Resources, with a focus on Employee Benefits as it pertains to employers and employees’ compliance and financial analysis. Over the course of the last four years my experience in this industry has given me the ability, and opportunity, to assist employers maintain a competitive benefit strategy to curb the rising costs of Healthcare while still offering competitive benefits to their workforce based on their specific industry standard.I have assisted clients with choosing and administering their benefit programs by analyzing their plan design and rate structure, keeping them up to date on the ongoing Healthcare legislation to insure their compliance under the new ACA guidelines, employee wellness opportunities, and continuous communication and feedback on new ideas and developments in the benefits marketplace.
