As the maintenance manager, I oversee the entire maintenance department, including procuring and maintaining our equipment and consumables, training, recruiting, and managing employees. As a residential account manager, I oversaw and trained maintenance employees and an irrigation technician. I interacted with homeowners to provide premier level landscape maintenance as well as generated estimates for extra work, including irrigation, hardscapes, plants, minor design, and subcontracted work such as bark blowing or large tree removals. While employed, I helped in various aspects of the company including design, bidding, installation, and project management. Eventually I was offered the maintenance manager position, where I was responsible to interact with customers, help with sales, and be in charge of on-route maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

I worked in a number of positions within Northwest Landscape Services. I worked with enhancement crews, maintenance crews, measuring and bidding, pesticide spraying and whatever else my bosses ask me to do.

Executive position includes making sure the house stays in good working order and calling whenever service is needed. Also, I am responsible for assigning chores and ensuring they are done to a quality level, as well as heading up the judicial board for any disciplinary action.

Input designs and schematics into AutoCad, input planting plans with the Eagle Point add-on to AutoCad, Work also included on site inventory and analysis.

Job included clearing and resetting tables, restaurant maintenance, and interaction with customers.

Work was only during summer, May 06 - August 06, May 07 - August 07, May 08 - August 08.Job included sod laying, irrigation installation, equipment maintenance, retaining wall installation, and brick paver installation.
