Always one to strive for excellence having been award the prestigious award of a AOC Commendation which was received on the Queens Honours Birthday List 2020. Having achieved Senior management within the Service in October 2021 this progression is something to be admired by others, setting out excellent leadership, development and support to subordinates to progress staff in all areas of work. Always one to take on extra duties within work and currently representing the Royal Air Force & England Boxing as a Referee in my spare capacity.
