About Matthew Oliva

I have over 15 years of management and supervisor experience from the civilian sector and military. In many of my experiences I worked my way from the bottom to become the top employee in my field. At Aramark I had the most significant route sales production and customer satisfaction rating with in my first year. My skills involved building customer relationships, maintaining relationships, sales, inventory, logistics, and management. In the Air Force I worked in the medical field where I managed health services activities, communicated directives, and performed patient management functions. In the Army National Guard I started off as a Human Resources Specialist and eventually started a career in Recruiting and Retention. I found tremendous success a recruiter from being names Top Recruiter in Illinois (10th in the nation), to multiple top 10 recruiting recognition awards. My objectives are simple and that includes giving the best quality of life possible, being an active member of society, and to be the absolute best mentor I can possibly be to family and others. My ultimate goal in life is to see myself doing something that would change the lives of others with my own experience.
