• Enhanced product performance including: developing features, fixing bugs, making documentation updates, and performing code reviews on the Core, Apps, and Navigation teams. • Worked on the Pulse platform (system used in the operating room by spine surgeons both in planning the operation and intra-operatively) in a full stack capacity, working on parts of the code related to: • IOM (Intra-Operative Monitoring) –monitors/triggers electrical stimulation of nerves to detect nerve health and warn if surgical tools are too close to nerves. • iGA (Integrated Global Alignment) –surgeons use to measure intended and resultant sagittal, coronal, and axial correction in a procedure and achieve more precise spinal alignment correction. • Bendini – used by surgeon to record the 3D position of pedicle screws in relation to each other, then automatically calculate repeatable bend instructions for a rod that passes through those screw locations. • LessRay – image enhancement platform designed to take low-quality, low-dose images and improve them to look like conventional full-dose images. Reduces patient (and surgeon) radiation exposure up to 80%. • 3D navigation – real-time tracking of instrument position in 3D space relative to the patient, allowing the surgeon greater visibility with less radiation exposure for the patient.
