Building strong relationships at both the Executive and Operational levels of my clients businesses, and managing the communication flow between my clients and the wider Marsh Service Team members, are two key components in the delivery of an excellent client service experience.Through taking the time to understand our clients unique business profile, and calling upon commercial knowledge of the specific business sectors in which they operate, I am part of the wider Marsh team, that is well placed to help identify unique risk exposures that may exist, and provide the market leading services and solutions to mitigate or minimise these risks.As a Client Executive, my role is to provide the on-going leadership in regard to client service delivery, and assume overall responsibility for the co-ordination of the insurance programme placement.
