Provide leadership and guidance to the team as they provide front-line service to students and their families, as well as teachers and administrators at partner high schools. Coordinate annual schedule of 80-100 information sessions offered in conjunction with partner high schools. Chair a subcommittee tasked with planning and executing the department’s yearly events; events include, but not limited to: on-campus and virtual orientations, on-campus and virtual information sessions, application events, testing events, and graduation celebrations. Collaborate with academic deans and department chairs to develop academic pathways that allow high school students to complete post-secondary credentials prior to high school graduation. Created processes to case-manage students within various academic pathways. Created and monitored reports and processes to comply with state regulations surrounding eligible students, eligible courses, and eligible credit hours. Monitor the CCP completion scholarship, a $3000 scholarship offered to all CCP students who accumulate 30 or more credit hours with a 3.0 GPA prior to high school graduation. In the spring of 2021, the scholarship has its most applicants since it was implemented.Constructed new datasets from state and institutional databases that provided greater insight into new recruitment opportunities. Implemented new and emerging technologies for high school presentations and graduation ceremonies.
