- Created a theory and hands-on project-based curriculum utilizing the bicycle as the vehicle to teach Engineering Theory, the Design-Engineering-Optimization-Manufacturing Process, CAD, FEA, Handling/Stability Analysis, Additive Manufacturing, Creativity, Artistic Design, and the Philosophy of the Bicycle. - Taught students how to make/manufacture using fundamental hand tools whilst applying contemporary engineering education.- Each student manufactured 50% scale prototypes via Additive Manufacturing, wood, and steel.
