    In March of 2009, started the process of opening Solutions 2 GO (distributor of video games, gaming accessories, and game consoles to big box retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s, Costco, etc. along with retailers such as Kmart, Sears, Best Buy, etc.). By May of 2009 our doors opened for business and by 2009 ended, we closed the year at over $100MM in revenue. Working with the CFO, we established funding, a building, systems, ERP, WMS, EDI, Staff, etc., from nothing to a fully functional business within 3 months. In 2010, revenues exceeded $200MM. Key successes:•Implemented all start up needs for all Operations and IT functions. From Business processes to staffing.•Sourced, purchased, designed and implemented ERP (MS Dynamics), EDI (Softshare ECS) and WMS (Savant) environment.•Customer EDI set up’s with Customers such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s, Kmart, Sears, Costco, Big Lots, QVC, GameStop, Target, etc. along with a dozen regional retailers across the nation.•Approved to be a DSV (Direct Ship Vendor) with Walmart.com in May 2010 processing over 100K units•Designed and implemented a variety of business tools allowing task volumes to increase over 300% minimizing headcount growth year over year•Manage an annual budget and P&LAreas of responsibility:•Supply Chain Management – from Purchasing to product delivery to the Customer•Operations – Purchasing, Customer Service, Returns, Inventory Management, Process Management, Change Management•Information Technology – EDI, ERP, WMS, Database Management, System Infrastructure, Reporting•Teaming – continuous development of bridging departments to ensure strong communication process improvements.

This reduced resource time and manual intervention errors by over 60%.
