Production Testing

Supervision of flowback and well head personnel during frac tree rig up, DFIT, fracking, perforating and flowback.

Ensure equipment is properly rigged up, pressure tested and function tested, prior to operation.Accurately monitor gauges, and report well data while ensuring that data is presented professionally and properly.Operating test equipment during the flowing periods.Participation in equipment maintenance and repairs.Inventory spare parts and consumables used.Evaluate areas of poor well performance and provide solutions that will increase productivity.Use of hydraulic frac valves.Use of high pressure 2 stage and low pressure 3 stage separators.Use of line heaters to ensure proper fluid separation.Use of high pressure 3 phase 1440 separator.Provide training, guidance, and leadership in the operation of well testing equipment to less experienced personnel.Setting tubing hangers and installing check valves.

Coordinate and participate in rig up and rig down of all test equipment.Operation of multi-phase test separators, 15K manifolds, and sand separators.Operation of gas compressors to kick off wells.Perform onsite maintenance and repair work on test equipment.Monitor and calibrate all controls and instruments.Record hourly test data, and enter it into daily report.Track oil produced hourly.Perform shift change safety meeting, and walk through with night shift.Ensure all personnel, and persons on site are equipped with all required personal protective equipment.Maintain an open and, professional line of communication with crewmembers, supervisor and company representatives.Turn well to sales without assistance of pumper and ensure that all production equipment is operating properly.

Load test package and ensure test job is properly rigged up.Keep track of water rates, pressures and all procedures during mill out.Take hourly reads of all pressure, temperatures, and water rates during test.Use of High and low pressure multi-phase test separators.Taking fluid samples from separators and gas samples from sales line.Evaluate areas of poor well performance and provide solutions that will increase productivity.Enter all information into report, calculate daily cost, and email report to company man daily.Testing and repairing of all equipment making sure that it meets all safety and operational requirements.Supervise the removal of flow back water from location by water haulers.Consult with Coil Tubing Co. during mill out to ensure proper flow rates and pressures are maintained.Ensure that all safety procedures are followed so that job runs smoothly with no incidents.Operation of sit down fork lift in shop to load equipmentand use of sky track on location to help rig up equipment.
