I oversaw all SkyParlour accounts as well as managing the entire delivery team including permanent staff and numerous freelancers. I was responsible for ensuring that excellent client management was delivered and that superior PR and marketing was provided at all times. I implemented business best practice processes from client reporting to timesheet management to aid in performance and I also trained and mentored junior members of staff. I project managed a programme of holidays taking 12,000+ tourists to to Austria & Germany. I managed customers and suppliers, as well as producing regular sales reports. I produced marketing collateral including brochures and website copy and executed an e-marketing campaign. The latter stages of the project required me to open and run an autonomous office in Germany managing the operation on the ground.
