Demand planning and Inventory management duties

Primary Functions- Provide monthly management/S&OP processes to ensure understanding and alignment to thekey assumptions which drive demand plans.- Provide account and brand based in-market consumption and ex-factory forecasts to underpinthe IBP process, supply planning and customer fulfilment.- Assumed a lead role in the movement of production offshore. This involved managing theforecast and supply process before, during and after the transition.- Work closely with a wide range of internal customers and engage their on-going support. Thesecustomers range from supply chain, national business managers, category and marketingmanagers, through to finance, sales and managing directors.- Manage multi-million dollar Snacks portfolio

Primary Functions- Work closely with IBP, finance, national account and business managers as well as crossfunctional teams including marketing, supply chain and logistics.- Comprehensive promotional analysis and testing.- Alignment with key brand activities and customer marketing programs.- Ownership of incremental and base forecasts and management of trade spend.- Implementation of CRM (forecasting system), in Singapore. This involved a short termassignment in Singapore testing and implementing systems and training staff.

Primary Functions- Plan and manage all commercial activity drivers within the Specialist business on a monthly,quarterly, annual and long term basis.- Provide monthly management/S&OP processes to ensure understanding and alignment to thekey assumptions which drive the demand plans.- Provide daily sales reporting for total business.- Implement APO (forecasting system) in NZ. This involved a short term assignment in NZ to testand implement the system whilst training staff and providing ongoing support.

Primary Functions- Establish and manage communication flow from Kellogg Head office through to field teams.- Manage and maintain all field data bases.- Utilise ex-factory and customer data(Aztec/Nielsen) to develop territory overviews and direction.- Travel interstate to present and deliver quarterly direction to the field teams.
