This was an opportunity to explore the industry of higher education, while using skills and knowledge that was accumulated in the classroom. It was an internship done for class credit and involved a final project. My final project was to assist and be apart of a small team that worked on an Accepted Students Day event. This is an in-person event where 100 students, and up to 375 total people, were allowed to join us on campus for a day of tours, academics sessions, and an activities fair for students who were accepted to King's College. It was a amazing opportunity to work with multiple departments on campus and with COVID restrictions, it stressed the importance for time management and organizational skills.
