At SHS, my work is primarily focused on synthesizing needs and demand assessments for housing strategies, providing research for policy analysis, and assisting in planning and feasibility studies. Utilizing extensive training in data analysis, residential development planning, and project administration. I have gained significant experience analyzing large data sets for needs assessments, preparing feasibility studies, and background research in planning and policy settings.

Throughout my career with Wood, I had the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of roles and with various rail projects ranging in size. My job responsibilities included: communication with clients and stakeholders; site inspections and progress meetings; preparing technical reports, design drawings, correspondences, and submission reviews; completing peer reviews on design drawings; coordinating design teams; monitoring budgets and schedules; and preparing tender documents and specifications.

For the entirety of my career with AECON Construction & Materials Ltd. (ACML) I was working at the Waterloo Light Rail Transit (LRT) Project located in the Waterloo Region, Ontario. Combining both embedded and ballasted track, this project involved building 16-kilometres of LRT on an east-west corridor connecting the Conestoga Mall in Waterloo to the Fairview Mall in Kitchener and an Operation, Maintenance and Storage Facility (OMSF). Other components included upgrading and replacing existing wet utility infrastructure. electrical infrastructure, signaling systems, and civil and flatworks components. During this period, I split time between Project Coordinator positions with the Wet Utilities department and the Embedded Track department. My job responsibilities included: managing and supervising crews during construction operations; assisting superintendents in activities such as scheduling; regularly coordinated with designers regarding potential field adjustments and material approvals; producing and presenting daily cost reports, up-to-date production quantities, and budgeting and forecasting reports; scheduling and managing subcontractors; and coordinating public and traffic safety measures throughout the project.

- Read and interpreted contract documents, drawings and quantity sheets for municipal and MTO projects. - Coordinated between contractors, engineers and Ministry of Transportation officials.- Performed inspections on completed work and generated reports for record.- Maintained an accurate field book detailing daily records, quantities and test results for projects tasks.
