Supervise a team responsible for building, maintaining, and troubleshooting the IT Infrastructure of the City of Richmond. Team responsibilities include the following:• Storage Infrastructure• Hypervisors (VMware & Oracle)• Windows, Linux and Unix operation systems• Backup & Disaster Recovery• Identity Management (Active Directory & Azure)• Microsoft Exchange• Microsoft 365 SuiteManage projects for teams’ area of responsibilities and resource allocation for areas outside of teams’ responsibilities. Serves as a technical expert in situations where customers and team members seek additional guidanceParticipate on IT Security Team as area expert. Provides various reports to management regarding team accountabilities.Collaborates with internal and external customers to meeting a common goal.Provides guidance towards the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of all applications.Develops trend analysis and reporting documentation.Create instructional documentation for team members to reference.
