During my time with Scanbuy, I have been responsible for the provision of accurate and timely counsel to executives concerning intellectual property, contract drafting/negotiation/execution, corporate governance, privacy matters and others.I regularly collaborate with executive officers and senior management with regard to Scanbuy's extensive intellectual property portfolio and have successfully negotiated numerous agreements with business partners for their use of Scanbuy technologies. I have advised executive officers and senior management on Scanbuy's internal governance policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated thereto.Scanbuy is a growing company and as such, I've spent significant time advising on and participating in Scanbuy's developing businesses including its digital advertising and digital couponing businesses. My responsibilities are varied and include conducting legal research, writing, and review of corporate documents, as well as drafting, negotiating and editing various licensing and partnership agreements.
