Supervision of multiple teams of dig and reinstatement, for fibre broadband infrastructure. Managing material requirements for backfill and resurfacing in hot and cold lay tarmac. Liaising with the client on varying levels.Working with the local highways, for length and needs for permits as per the councils stipulations.Reading of the technical drawings for the network, highlighting any engineering issues and finding a resolution on site or escalating further if required. Dealing with any public complaints or issues when working near their property, maintaining access requirements at all times. Ensuring the safety of the teams in compliance with the streetworks act (NRSWA) and Health and Safety law. As well as regular audits of teams on site for compliance and rectification of any issues found during the audits. Managing of Health and Safety procedures on site and working closely with the clients QHSE team on a regular basis via Microsoft teams and face to face site visits.
