Over two decades experience in biotechnology and project management, with over a decade gained in the fields of antibody discovery and engineering. Briefly, I've recruited, trained and led teams in the discovery of putative candidate antibodies targeting seven different indications and directed their transformation into top-class therapeutics, with five having entered human trials and two nearing this milestone. As part of this tenure I authored over a dozen patents protecting these discoveries and associated technologies. With a continual hunger to succeed I have leveraged a number of soft-skills to build substantial track records in other fields, including laboratory facilities, infrastructure and operations management. At Terragen this meant turning the Coolum site into functional compliant laboratories complete with a manufacturing and packaging plant, making the business self-sufficient in terms of manufacturing their products. Whilst at Eden Brew and Ellume my ability to rapidly understand different regulatory environments was tested - both jobs requiring significant understanding of the science to be able to communicate it clearly and concisely to interested parties.
