Clients are sole traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies. • Dealing principally with professional Partnerships and small to medium sized companies, including a number of newly incorporated businesses. • Gaining experience in dealing with medium and large sized companies and Groups.• Review of work, assisting in departmental planning and undertaking departmental administration (audit). • Acting as a first point of contact throughout the year for the portfolio of clients as well as managing project costs.• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients as well as liaising with clients on any issues that arise.• Identify problem areas and suggesting solutions or seeking advice for solutions.• Working closely with the Tax Department who review the tax computations etc.• Involved in specialist assignments such as due diligence work. • Part of the firm’s quality control procedures, whereby all Limited Company accounts must be reviewed by him.• Involvement in recruitment and internal appraisals.• Working towards the Investors in People Standard.
