I am responsible for hiring, training and managing a team of technical sales and support representatives. I am also a problem solver and need to be intimately familiar with all aspects of reliability. I conduct interviews with employees of mines throughout North America, to determine where they are on their asset reliability journey. Through this process I help to flush out their largest production problems or headaches and build a customized plan to tackle the issue. I promote proactive maintenance and reliability cultures through, and am familiar with, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Spare Parts Optimization and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Canada

Responsible for helping mining and construction companies realize previously unattainable reductions in component repair and replacement costs. Assist in leveraging predictive maintenance data streams to turbo charge condition monitoring efforts and maximize returns on capital investments.In this role I also write technical articles and blog content to support our consumers. I study emerging market trends and gather intelligence in order to participate in meetings with Senior Management and develop, implement and/or improve condition monitoring products.

Oil Analysis and Machinery Reliability Support Services and Sales. As the primary technical support representative for mining customers in the Oil Sands, I specialize in the successful design, implementation and management of condition monitoring (CdM) programs. I have helped customers develop and implement equipment strategies and procedures to maximize their overall availability. I helped maintenance departments to safely and confidently extend oil drain intervals, extend component life or move to condition based component changeouts. I am also responsible for training employees throughout all levels of the maintenance organization on lubricants, oil analysis, contamination control techniques and the use of the myLab web application.
