I equip them with the proper processes and tools for the situation. I have deep experience developing streamlined solutions that help executive management make crucial business decisions - decisions that make business operations more efficient, utilizing timely data. My current role is the Director of Project Controls. My work has included developing a vision, establishing the most efficient workflow, training staff on executing the process, and training organizations how to interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be predictive so that they can find optimal solutions - on the management of singular projects and entire project portfolios.When I am not in the office, I am out doing fun stuff with my family. I have two little girls, and they like to have fun. Playgrounds, hikes, museums, and the beach - they keep me busy!
