The Conference Coordinators plan, organize, and facilitate conferences and special events that are held on Bryant’s campus throughout the academic year and the summer, including both undergraduate commencement ceremonies, and the Women's Summit. This position requires a person to have the ability to problem solve efficiently, be organized and pay the utmost attention to detail, while providing exceptional customer service. Conference Coordinators must be able to work with and take direction from many different managers and clients, as new projects begin almost every week.Other tasks include preparation for lodging, mealtimes, building reservations, audio visual assistance, and internal affairs. Along with decorating event spaces, and designing print materials for clients. The Conference Coordinator position allows you to work individually with some clients, but also requires you to work as a team on larger events.
