My corporate practice includes providing counsel to private companies on a range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. My experience in mergers and acquisitions includes representation of strategic purchasers and sellers, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies. I also have counseled private companies in a wide array of corporate governance and organizational matters.I also maintain an active pro bono practice, including experience consulting for a local nonprofit on its board operations and on nonprofit entity formation.I am a graduate of Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where I served as an Associate Editor for Volume XV of the Drexel Law Review. I am also a proud alum of Villanova University, where I completed a major in Economics and a minor in Spanish Language.
