Successfully launched with the help of an amazing team Karma's Data Science department from the ground up. 1) Built requirements and oversaw data lake running in AWS cloud connecting multiple internal and external sources. 2) BI analytical Dashboard for enterprise use called Karma Insight3) Integrated team within company to be cross functional, innovative and resourceful creating data driven actionable information for all departments in Karma. 4) Managed and collaborated with an amazing offshore team for Karma to make a dynamic jump in speed and to deploy successfully on our first production iteration.
