I am a HCPC registered Treatment Superintendent Radiation therapist with a BSc Hons in Radiotherapy & Oncology from the University of Liverpool. 11 years experience with 6 and a half years at Superintendent level, during which I have had the pleasure of working at forward thinking radiotherapy centres at the forefront of technology whilst maintaining a service-user friendly environment. I believe these experiences help me to adapt to new working environments where I am keen to expand my skill-set, woth experience in Quality improvent and project management. My excellent communication skills are evident through peer feedback, an attribute that is essential for integrating within new working groups. I am passionate about my profession, with a clear focus on promoting the profession and improving staff retention. Working with AHP'S across the MDT, my job role allows me to affect change across a whole host of professions to improve service user experience and outcomes.
